Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1.5 or 375g of raw smooth cashew butter
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1.4 cup or 85 g of maple syrup
- First you put grease on a loaf pan. Then use greaseproof paper to line the pan
- Next, Using low heat, stir the salt, syrup and oil over low heat
- Place the butter into a bowl using a spoon. The mixture is then poured on top of the butter. Stop when the ingredients are well mixed and butter becomes smooth
- Lastly, put the mixed ingredients into a pan. Freeze until solid. *I think there;s something missing?
